We have 2 kinds of franchises as follow:
franchise is: The investor has an organization and we provide our Emad Fair Multi Level Marketing system to it , also we work on attracting new members to that organization and we can offer our system for selling products and services too.
We expect that sales will be increased from 5 to 30 times more than the existing sales amount.
We have invented our system according to Islamic Law we will explain few things about it.
First : Free registration and no need to buy a product for registration, a member can gain a lot of money without buying any product if his underline members bought.
Second : All products prices are nearly the same of market prices and after giving commission it will be less than market prices.
Third : Any product sold, its commission will be paid to members, there is no any restrictions on members commissions.
Also there are other things which our system has which protect members rights and not losing any commission.
Second Franchise is : The investor has no organization so we provide whole plan for him. He invest in establishing a shop according to our plan and with our products which are food, cosmetics and other items too according to market demand such as our best products "Best Green Leaves" and "Best Life Food" and we offer our Multi Level Marketing system to the project and we will help in attracting new members.
The explanation of First Franchise is in the following form of (M.O.U.) Memorandum Of Understanding.

This introduction is an integral part of this agreement.
All items in this agreement are binding on the parties and the agreement was signed by them and they are fully qualified legally, without pressure or coercion on one of them.
First Item: First Party will provide for second party the service of Fair Multi Level Marketing by his system which is linked to his website , and first party will help in attracting new members from outside of second party organization unless second party like that his old customers will becomes members in Emad Multi Level Marketing system.
Second party can sell to his own old customers sales without first party system.
Second Item : Second party must pay first party commission when it reaches 500 Turkish Lira and more and that will be in depositing the amount in First party account: ………………………..
Third Item: second party should not raise prices than normal prices which it was before making the sales by first party system, also prices must be real and equal to market prices and after members get commission the cost of items will be less than market prices.
Forth Item : Second party should not sell to his old customers in less price than the fixed price which is in first party system.
Fifth Item : Second party Must register his organization in first party system under membership of the member whom he introduce the second party to first party( under sponsor) also second party personal membership must be registered under his sponsor mentioned.
Also all employees of second party must be registered under second party membership.
Sixth Item : Second party must pay to first party percentage ……. % of any amount sold by the system of first party. The percentage will be fixed according to the kinds of products and services.
Seventh Item : This agreement will be for sixth months, after that it will be automatically renewed monthly unless any party want to discontinue he should inform other party 1 month before.
